These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Bodbudbody service ("Service"), operated by FRST Media Europe B.V., Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam, Netherlands (KvK 80008798). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By completing the subscription flow on the Bodbudbody platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country of residence), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not subscribe. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
Bodbudbody is a mobile health and fitness platform providing access to expert-led content across six areas: sleep optimisation, stress management, active recovery, nutrition and meal planning, mobility, and guided fitness workouts. Content is streamed via your mobile browser — no app installation is required. Access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
The Bodbudbody service is available on a recurring weekly subscription at 199kr per week. Your subscription begins from the moment your first payment is confirmed. Each weekly billing period grants full access to all content available on the platform during that period.
Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each new weekly period. Charges continue until you cancel. There is no free trial unless explicitly stated at the point of sign-up.
All charges are processed via mobile carrier billing. The 199kr weekly fee is applied directly to your mobile phone account and will appear on your mobile phone bill. The exact billing description may vary by operator. We do not store or process any credit card or bank account data.
It is your responsibility to ensure your mobile account is capable of processing carrier-billed charges. If a weekly charge fails, your access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending STOP to the service short code provided at sign-up. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current weekly billing period — you will retain access until that date and no further charges will be applied. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
If you are unable to cancel via SMS, contact us at info@bodbudbody.com and we will cancel on your behalf.
Because Bodbudbody provides immediate access to digital content upon payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds for billing periods already charged. This is consistent with applicable consumer law regarding digital content delivered immediately upon request.
Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant charge by emailing info@bodbudbody.com with your mobile number, the charge date and amount, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
You agree to use the Service for lawful, personal purposes only. The following are prohibited:
Breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your subscription without refund.
All content available through Bodbudbody — including videos, workout guides, meal plans, interface elements, and branding — is protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content during your active subscription period, for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No ownership of content is transferred. All intellectual property rights remain with FRST Media Europe B.V. or its licensors.
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRST Media Europe B.V. disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific content will remain available throughout your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions; in such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
